We are limiting the amount of customers in the showroom at this time, you may be asked to wait outside if 2 or more people are already being helped.
At this time we are only offering same day on a select range of repairs accompanied with an appointment such as:
Select laptop battery replacements, iOS restores, iPhone Batteries, iPhone displays, and iPhone rear cameras (not lens damage).
If you're getting your screen fixed make sure to ask about our in house screen protectors professionally installed by a trained technician!

Be advised, if no appointments are available we are likely fully booked and you must wait for new appointments to be posted or check daily for cancellations.
Most same day repairs can be completed in 2-4hr, however we do not guarantee completion prior to 5:30pm. We do not offer 'while you wait' service.
Not all repairs can be completed in a same day turn around time. Some repairs must be mailed to an Apple depot for repair.
No device can be checked in with "Find My" enabled, and we cannot help you in store or over the phone to disable that.
We require that you disable that on the device locally or through iCloud.com.

We are not offering ANY over the counter support, and are extremely limiting support over the phone to keep our lines open for those in need of hardware repair. If you need software support and troubleshooting please call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
For the safety of our staff and other customers we require that you wear a mask, or face covering during your visit.
Your mask must remain on during your entire visit and cover both your nose and mouth.
We ask that you maintain a minimum 6ft distance from the staff and other customers unless otherwise requested.
