A little story for you.
My fourth generation ipod got the sick face about a week or two ago. I brought it into a repair shop to have them take a look. I was told that they would charge 60 dollars for labor, plus either 60 dollars for a new hard drive or 100 for a logic board (the two probable sources of the problem, apparently). A diagnostic alone was 25 dollars. I was looking at a potential charge of 160 dollars to fix my ipod!
I brought the same ipod into The Mac Shack, and after a few jokes, CJ told me that he would fix my ipod free of charge. Three minutes later, I was out the door with a fixed ipod (at no charge). Thanks for your friendly service and candor. I will be sure to recommend you guys to any friend with an Apple issue in the future.

My life was gray and dull for what seemed like an eternity until you guys brought the passion back. You fixed my ipod (a constant companion). For free (!). Its funeral had already been planned - my wife had already gotten me a gift card at the Apple store for its replacement. Thank you - I will be sure to spread the good word.
