When using Safari, the pages load fine. As soon as I click to type anything in a search bar, a username or a password, it takes about 5-10 minutes for the computer to load and allow me to enter the information.
The internet connection is not the problem. We tested it on both PCs and Macs to make sure that the connection is okay.

I think if internet connection have not any problem then you have to talk with any specialist who have better knowledge on this topic. may be your pc have any problem but i think that internet is the problem not pc or may be it is the problem of browser.
